CTS Staff Hit New Heights as High Achievers Attend Annual SummIT Club Trip to Palma

Our Reward and Recognition Scheme is focussed on acknowledging and celebrating great colleagues doing great things while embracing our company values. Each year, CTS comes together to recognise our hard-working staff through a series of reward and recognition awards, and in January 2020, our teams met virtually to celebrate last year’s winners.

Nigel Wright, CEO said, “I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved to date as a business and our staff make that possible. It has never been more important to recognise our team successes and to pull together to help make our working environment a place where we can all feel valued and feel that we are adding value.”

For our highest achievers, our SummIT Club takes reward and recognition a step further, a bigger reward for our highest flyers but importantly voted for by colleagues and clients. This month, our 2020 SummIT Club winners had the pleasure of flying to Palma for an activity-filled trip away alongside CEO, Nigel Wright, to celebrate their achievements.

The packed three-day adventure saw the team and their partners enjoy the beautiful beaches of Palma, try the local cuisine and sail through the area of Illetes on one of the oldest ships from the Spanish fleet.

Natalie Kissack, Head of Marketing and 2020 SummIT Club Winner, says “We’ve really missed the opportunity to connect with each other over the last 18 months, so it was brilliant to win the award and to spend time getting to know some of my colleagues that I don’t tend to speak to often. The Summit trip was certainly one of the highlights of my time so far at CTS!”

Congratulations once again to our 2020 winners:

Josh New – Client Service Excellence. 2nd win of the night and truly deserved. His passion for client service excellence will see him progress to become of important member of the Client Success Team.

Wayne Thompson – Team Player of the Year. Always dependable, always first to the Teams training ground on the (very early) mornings, always ready to go forward on the wing to help a client, or defend a cost increase attack on our own goal – and a great brain for post-match (month) analysis.

Karl Smalls – Deal of the Year. His commitment and his ability to develop and maintain fantastic client relationships was the core component in securing the largest, to date, deal in the history of CTS.

Victoria Bolton – Rising Star of the Year. Vic is known to bring a very positive energy and always act in the best interests of all clients – a real go-getter, held in high regard by both colleagues and clients.

Natalie Kissack – Employee of the Year. Natalie redesigned marketing plans and strategies as we navigated through 2020 while maintaining a level of calm and professionalism that offered her colleagues the belief and confidence in the much-needed light at the end of this Covid tunnel.

Chris Bower – Hall of Fame. The longest serving member of the tech team Chris has consistently delivered quality with passion and great teamwork ethics. Reliable and steadfast and an unsung hero on many occasions. Chris has gained the respect of colleagues and clients.

We hope you all enjoyed your trip away and we look forward to celebrating our 2021 winners next year.
