CTS Celebrates Q3 Reward & Recognition Winners

Last week, CTS held their quarterly Reward & Recognition celebration, and awarded four deserving employees for all their hard work and dedication to bettering our company over the past few months.

Our people are at the heart of our company, and at CTS, we recognise the importance of engendering a culture of positive recognition, and continuously strive to ensure that our employees’ contributions and efforts are acknowledged and appreciated.

CTS’ quarterly awards consist of two categories:

Rising Star This award is presented to a new starter that has joined or transitioned into a new role in last 12 months, who has excelled and gone above and beyond with the integration to make CTS the best it can be.

Highflyers – There are three highflyer awards to be awarded to individuals who have embodied each of our company values – team, passion, excellence.

Our Q2 Reward & Recognition Winners

Our internal awards ceremony took place on Wednesday 27th October, during a company-wide virtual meeting, and we are honoured to take this opportunity to externally announce the winners of our Q2 quarterly reward and recognition awards.

Rising Star
Caroline Custy, Project Manager
“Caroline has picked up her PM role at CTS quickly, especially mid integration. She has built relationships both internally and with clients and is an asset to the team!”

Highflyer (Team)
Roland Magyar, Infrastructure Analyst
“Roland has fully embraced his new role within the Monitoring and Automation team in the past 18 months and is providing a very high level of service within the team. His dedication, tenacity and accuracy whilst working under pressure is truly remarkable.”

Highflyer (Passion)
Emily Wright, Head of Professional Services
“Since Emily joined the company, she has been excellent at shaping the combined professional services team.”

Highflyer (Excellence)
Matt King, Client Success Manager
“Matt has had a massive impact with the clients he has worked with already, maintaining positivity and progression. He has not been afraid to roll up his sleeves and get tasks completed that are not really under his remit – all to improve client experience.

CTS are so proud of our people. It’s rare to come across individuals who are so dedicated and talented. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed. Thank you for your help and support. You are really an asset to the team and the company.
