Including "Like" or "Better" loan equipment if fix times are unable to be met, all parts with the exception of manufacturers designated consumables.

For example your choice of Service Level Agreement can be structured so that your essential server is covered on 4hr response with a 8hr fix and other important workstations 8hr response with an 16hr fix, the remainder of non-essential equipment can be dealt with as "Call-Out Repair".

Call-Out Repair:

*1st Hour Call-Out Charge	Cost per hour thereafter
*£45.00	£40.00
*Includes Travel Time.

Our mobile engineering workforce and administration staff, based in Dundee along with our workshop and stores facility, enable us to provide the high level of service our customers have come to expect.
